"The hat is as described but personally I find I struggle with 'all round' vision whilst wearing it as the brim is so large. I know that is the whole point of it but unless I fold the rear of hat up at the back, so I can move the front of hat slightly higher, I keep bumping into things. I will have to practice more!"
"Its shape a little floppy on the sides so you’ve got some blind spots in your vision. HOWEVER, it’s the most worth it and I literally get compliments ever day. From men and women! I even put it on my mom to show her how flattering it is. (See attached) The small Velcro strap to tighten is really well hidden and very plush. Not cheap at all. The drawstring for the neck is very easy and you can even push it behind you. The pony tail hole is perfect and the color is as the photo shows exactly."
"This is a very nice sun hat. I like that the wide brim provides sun protection for my face, neck, and ears, but it is a bit hard to see out of as it is shipped flat and the brim is not as round as in the photos. If there was a metal piece in the brim to keep it round, I think that would help. It comes with a neck strap which I removed, but the hat did fly off on my first walk with it due to wind, so I think the neck strap is necessary. I like that it can be washed, and overall it is a nice hat."
"I just took this hat out of the package and put it on. Although it is much larger than I thought it was, I think it will be great to keep the sun off of my face. If I were to re-purchase it, I might get a hat with a smaller i brim, but if you’re looking for major sun coverage, this is the one."
"I absolutely love this hat. The ultra wide brim keeps my face and my neck and hair at the back from burning under the hot NZ sun. Have to tilt my head up to see properly sometimes but it's totally worth it given the protection it provides. Doesn't flip backwards in the wind."
