Shipping Information
Our Solbari warehouse will remain open throughout the holiday season, with orders continuing to be processed and dispatched, except on the following dates: 25–26 December 2025 and 1 January 2026. Shipping times are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, on the same business day or within 1 business day of receiving your order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Where are your products sent from?
All orders are dispatched from our California warehouse, Monday to Friday EST. No tariffs, no duties.
What happens if my delivery takes longer than the estimated arrival time?
Please note that all shipping times are estimates and we cannot guarantee your order will arrive by a specific date. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery, but sometimes delays happen that are out of our hands. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or cancellations if your order arrives later than expected.
Can I check my order status and track my shipment?
Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched and you will be able to track your order online.
For countries that do not allow tracking, parcels are sent via registered post. A signature will be required on delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection. Organizing a pickup or redelivery is the responsibility of the customer.
If customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Solbari does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been signed for and/or delivered.

We are actively working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Additionally, we do not offer shipping to the U.S. Virgin Islands or Guam at this time.
